I received an invitation from Iza, who now join Capoeira and it is located in Bangsar. I went to pay her a visit after I left my gym and hmm all I can say it is very interactive and interesting workout although it was indeed pretty torturous to see the basic movement.hehehehe. but I believe once you are use to it, it will be easy breezy. It is fun workouts though. People who join this activity came from all backgrounds and seriously it is fun to watch.Although Iza kept on asking me to join her but I feel bad for the fact that I did not pay to do this workouts, 2nd I've had my shower at the gym and I don't want to get myself sweat again.. hehehe
This class was held in Bangsar (for groupon purchase) but, according to Iza, if one seriously want to pursue this workouts, he/she can join the class in Bandar Utama. Iza tried to give me some preview and hoping I will join Capoeira, but the fact is, I will go to gym everyday, Monday - Friday. Monday I have badminton game with my colleague and it was funded by my company and Tuesday, I will play futsal which was also funded by my company. I will go to the gym during lunch hour during these 2 days. Now if I join Capoeira, I don't know where I can squeeze my time anymore. :( I mean I can't be going to the gym on every lunch hour? I only have 1.5 hours to go to the gym and yeah I have to replace the remaining 30 minutes everyday when I spent at the gym. As much as this is pretty excited and will only cost me RM100 per month, but I think I have to let it go. I paid RM185 for my gym membership fees monthly anyway.
But seeing all the movement to this exercise, it seriously will give a lot of impact at your core muscle, hand, legs and butt. In which to those who wants to tone and lost weight, I think they can try to do this workout instead of spending hours at the gym ( for those who has been going to the gym for too long ), sometimes we need to do something different to our workout patterns. To me, now I've added 2 more activities into my schedule and I have make a point to go run/jog on every Saturday. :)
I might sounds over do my exercise, but I seriously need back my stamina and lose some weight. I've been abandoned my body for 4 months in total and for that I've gained so much weight. Now I tried to eat healthy as much as I can and avoid local food and Fast Food as much as I can. ( It would be lie to say I wont eat Nasi Lemak and Roti Canai ) I do eat those.. but I will cut it down maybe once a month.. instead of once a week. I want to see results and I want back my slender body before I met my KIWI ( can I have it back? )

To assist focus your water workout, it truly is recommended that you use a buoyancy belt to maintain your location and balance in the water and prevent putting stress on your back throughout the workouts. You will need to see your physician and ask if you'll find any other methods to complete your core workoutwith regards to this concern.
