Workouts n diets...
Now after I had a dreadful and non-fun and BAD MANAGEMENT experience with True Fitness, I am now joining Celebrity Fitness. Good thing is, my Gym and office is only 15 mins drive away and like it or not, I have to go to the gym after work to avoid bad traffic from PJ to Federal Highway to Cheras.
Now, the gym is rather small, but it has all the equipment needed and located at all convenient places. I can either go to Bangsar Village or Wangsa Walk or to the SS2. I'm pretty happy to go there and do my workouts and I hope to see the results soon.
On the other hands, I've been taking care of my food. I try my level best to avoid rice as much as I can during weekdays. My diet is mainly cereal, oats, fruits and sandwich ( all sorts )..I know how sucks and boring the food can be, but with my strong determination, I can do it!! ( Gambarimashooo!!!! ).
By combining workouts and light diet meal everyday, I've lost 8kgs in 3 weeks. It sounds ridiculous I know, and I can't believe it either.I've been away from cigarettes for about 1 week, during my sick days ( flu ) and now I think I am going to get sore throat.
My colleague pretty impressed and surprise to see the changes in my food in-take and my regular workouts ( plus futsal and badminton after work ) and they asked me.. " what is going on? why are you so really want to lose weight? " My answer was " I want to look good and I don't want people to call me Teddy Bear anymore " They laughs and said.. I am not a Teddy Bear and I already look good ( yeah yeah ). One thing for sure, it is not about looking good only but also to have a healthy body and good stamina.
Wish me the best.. and we shall see how much LARDS I managed to burns and lost... hehehe :D
p/s: will be on protein diet next month onwards.. :D
